We are located downtown Jordan at 223 E. First Street. We are Suite# 101 (down the hallway in the back of the building). Our sign is on the front and side of the building along with signs for Insurance Brokers and Total Health Advantage. We are across the street from City Hall and Bauer Dance, and we are next door to the Broadway Market Marathon Gas Station.
